About vacancy

*Requirements:* - Experience in the iGaming industry fro 2+ years in the position of Head of Brand /Lead. - Proven experience in auditing brand positioning and developing brand roadmaps based on market and competitor analysis. - Strong expertise in building and executing brand and PR strategies across international markets. - Experience in managing reputation and handling sensitive public communications. - Track record of launching partnership, sponsorship campaigns across multiple regions. - Familiarity with iGaming industry specifics, including key events and influencer trends. - Hands-on experience in organizing and participating in iGaming conferences and offline brand activities. - Strong leadership skills: team hiring, development, and performance management. - Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills. - Advanced English (Upper-Intermediate or higher), both written and spoken. *Responsibilities:* - Conduct a brand audit and develop a 6-month roadmap based on market analysis and business goals. - Develop and implement a brand marketing strategy across two directions: B2B (partner program) and B2C (two brands: sports and casino), including goal setting, budgeting, and tactics for international markets. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends affecting clients. - Manage sensitive issues to preserve and enhance the company’s reputation. - Regularly evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising. - Organize key iGaming conferences for the company. - Participate in iGaming conferences. - Prepare guidelines, manuals, and conduct workshops for affiliates working with target information resources. - Manage the Brand Team (PR, SMM, Event), including hiring, development, training, and task distribution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work. - Collaborate with other departments and specialists.
