♦️ About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Retention who can build the retention function almost from scratch and turn retention into a structured, systematic business function: segmentation, offer strategy, promo activities, and content planning tailored to different audience segments.
The Retention team is responsible for promo and content operations (tournaments, free spins, promo codes, bonus mechanics), while the Communications team ensures high-quality delivery across channels (email, SMS, push, etc.).
🔺 Key Responsibilities
Build and scale the retention function: processes, activity calendar, KPIs, and cross-team collaboration
Segment the audience (RFM, behavioral, interests) and launch relevant activities for each segment
Own promo economics: tournaments, bonuses, promo codes, free spins — with a strategic approach, not just distribution
Develop and execute offer and content plans by segment to improve retention metrics
Define communication briefs for CRM channels (email/SMS/push) and ensure high-quality execution
Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve retention strategy
📌 Requirements
Proven experience in Retention / CRM / Promotions within iGaming (casino required, sports is a strong plus)
Strong expertise in segmentation and offer strategy (RFM, behavioral segmentation, LTV logic)
Hands-on experience with CRM / automation platforms such as Customer.io, Mindbox, or similar
Leadership experience: building teams/functions, setting processes, prioritization
Fluent Russian required, working English level
Willingness to relocate and work from the office in the near term (remote not available)

Retention experience in sports betting (sports retention is typically more complex and performance-driven)
Experience building and scaling retention teams or functions from scratch
